I’m trying to create a new PDF and passing a String to it. I expected this to be a main use case, but I found no documentation about it.
I’m using PDFDocument.createEmptyDocument() to create the new PDF. Afterwards I open the document and put text with insertTextWatermark into it. Is this the correct way to do it?
I’m missing a view things here:
    – automatic line breaks
    – a rectangle for the text to tell it, where it should break. A point to start like in insertTextWatermark is not enough.
    – a nice way to create an A4 PDF. Using inches and an int to store them like in createEmptyDocument is pretty imprecise

    Hello Thomas,

It seems that you want to create text based PDF files from the scratch, right?
Unfortunately the PlugPDF SDK is intended to be used as a PDF reader along with some editing capabilities.
We do not recommend to use the SDK for creating PDF files from the scratch.
    Best regards,
