    Hi,
We have found a bug in the library that makes the annotations popup disappear when a keyboard key is pressed, it only happens on iOS 8.3 and not always

    Thanks

    Hi, Jordi

Actually that problem take place after pressing a home button.
We already found that bug before. so we are finding a reason of bug.
But that problem is so tricky so it will take some time.
Could you wait until we find a reason of bug?

    Best Regards,
    Dr.Plug

Indeed, this looks fixed for me in emulator, our QA will check on actual devices.
But we have missing symbols in the version of the library you’ve linked – can you please recompile with symbols on?

    Thanks
    Yuriy

    Hi Yuriy,

I’m so sorry for making an error. I’m not sure what is the reason of error. (Because in our git, there is nothing to change)
So we changed some build setting so could you check it?
This is an temp release version. https://plugpdf.com/sdkfile/PlugPDF_iOS_temp.zip

    Hi Dr.Plug,
the bug still exists in iOS 8.4.

    Reproduction:
    1) Open a PDF
    2) Make an annotation (the problem will not occur this time)
    3) Press the home button to “minimize” the app (without closing the pdf editor)
    4) Open the app again, the pdf editor is still open
    5) Try making an annotation, the annotation editor will be closed after pressing 1 key
The bug stays remain even if we close the pdf editor and open it again. It seems that you are using some kind of global state, i.e. some data/state variables stay alive after closing the editor.
The bug goes away after killing the app.

    Hello Pawel Gerr,

    Thank you for the inquiry.
Actually we followed the step you explained.
But we couldn’t reproduce that problem. could you give us a Video file or image files for easy to understand?
If you give us a files, it would be very helpful to solve that problem.

    Best Regards,
    Dr.Plug
